Outbound International Long Distance Voice Services – BandTel’s Outbound International service allows enterprises to maintain their current PBX infrastructure while using the extensive BandTel VoIP network for the initiation of highly economical outbound international calls. BandTel delivers superior quality, attractively priced international long distance calling wherever an enterprise needs to communicate. BandTel’s network seamlessly and transparently connects with other carriers around the world to deliver calls to their destinations.

Direct Inward Dial (DID) – DID numbers are simply local telephone numbers that serve businesses. Many enterprises establish a “virtual” presence via a local DID and use the “magic” of Internet telephony to have calls ring (AKA “terminate”) at the BandTel customer’s location. BandTel DIDs give callers around the world the ability to dial a local telephone number and connect to any BandTel customer’s telephone system via the BandTel VoIP network. BandTel has the ability to provide DID numbers from the U.S. to facilities around the world. For example, an enterprise in Bangalore, Hong Kong, London, or Sao Paolo can have a New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, or other U.S. telephone number ring the offices in those cities!

Toll-Free Domestic – BandTel’s Toll-Free Domestic calling service allows callers located anywhere in the U.S. to dial a standard toll free telephone number (800/877/866) and connect to the telephone system of any BandTel customer via the BandTel VoIP network.

International Toll-Free Service (ITFS) – ITFS from BandTel allows callers from anywhere in the world to dial the toll-free number and reach BandTel customer locations.

TotalView – BandTel’s web-based call analysis portal provides enterprises and value-added resellers (VARs) with access to real-time, in-depth call traffic reports.

• Enterprises can easily create Call Detail Reports (CDRs) to manage their telecommunications budget. It also allows access invoices, accounting history, calls by number/region/destination, and call completion ratios.
• Resellers use TotalView to access customer call history, traffic patterns and paid invoices. TotalView provides the VAR with an online compensation/revenue management system so that they have an up-to-date understanding of customer activity.
