Grae Ventures, located in Los Angeles, CA was using a legacy PBX system and traditional calling patterns throughout the US with moderate calls to International locations recognized their current telecommunications system was costly, lacked necessary features and applications and was unreliable. Its long distance usage averaged 250,000 minutes per month at a cost of over 3 cents per minute. The Challenge

Before Grae Ventures deployed VoIP services by BandTel, it averaged $7,500 per month in long distance charges. With an average monthly long distance charge of $6,875, BandTel was able to save Grae Ventures $636 per month with an annual savings of $7,632.

In addition, previous carrier charges & taxes averaged $1,600 per month and paid a total of $9,100 monthly for telecommunications charges. BandTel was able to reduce the total monthly telecommunications budget by 24% to $2,225 per month for an annual savings of $26,700
