BandTel can provide local telephone numbers in the U.S, Canada, UK and EU. Calls into local telephone numbers are received by BandTel customers, allowing call centers to establish a local presence around the world. Nothing changes for the incoming caller and yet the call center benefits from local identification, excellent quality, and dramatically reduced costs.

International Toll Free

BandTel provides International Toll Free Service (ITFS) from all corners of the globe! Call centers can receive toll-free incoming calls from wherever the caller is located.

Domestic Toll-free (800) Service

Domestic toll-free service from the United States can be designed to ring anywhere in the US or in many countries around the world. Incoming callers are answered by BandTel customer locations via the BandTel Internet-based network. Domestic Toll-free service is seamless and offers all the savings and feature benefits of traditional telephony but with lower costs and substantially greater flexibility!

Inbound Routing Feature "Total Access"

This feature enables an inbound call center with multiple locations to dynamically route traffic to whichever center they desire, no matter where in the world the center might be located.
