Current Opportunities

Network Support Engineer (Portland, OR)

The Network Support Engineer has the following responsibilities:

  • Sets up, configures, and supports internal and/or external networks
  • Develops and maintains systems, applications, security functions, and network configurations
  • Troubleshoots network performance issues
  • Recommends upgrades, patches, and new applications and equipment
  • Provides technical support and guidance to users
  • Program and ship SIP gateway devises
  • Monitor network systems and respond to alarms
  • Monitor billing system, ASR's, SIP Proxy loads
  • Assist with day to day operations including but not limited to troubleshooting issues for customers and carrier issues

A bachelor's degree in an appropriate field of study and 4-6 years of experience in a related area are required. Familiarity with various related concepts, practices, and procedures is essential. Furthermore, this position must rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. The role includes the performance of a variety of tasks, and may include leading and directing others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.


Inside Sales Representative (Portland, OR)

The Inside Sales Representative has the following responsibilities:

  • Develops, closes, and processes sales
  • Identifies opportunities and closes cross-selling of services
  • Meets or exceed monthly sales goals and objectives
  • Develops sales leads through both inbound and outbound telesales activities
  • Answers customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintains accurate and timely database information and adheres to processes and workflows
  • Ensures that proper correspondence and sales materials are sent to all customers within 24 hours
    of initial request
  • Ensures that orders are entered accurately, completely and in a timely manner
  • Maintains and manages a solid sales funnel of opportunities and accurately forecasts probability and timeliness of closing, as well as the expected value
  • Successfully follows policies that relate to job performance including order processing an
    pricing procedures
  • Works collaboratively and effectively within a team of peers

A BA/BS degree is preferred, but not required. This position requires 2-3 years of telemarketing or telesales experience including transitioning prospects into purchasing customers. Experience in the VoIP Provider industry sales preferred. It also requires excellent interpersonal communication, negotiation, customer service, organizational, time management, and sales skills, as well as the ability to quickly and completely resolve outstanding issues. A working knowledge of telephone sales and direct marketing practices and principles, including, but not limited to managing call queues, identifying needs, building rapport and relationships over the phone, bringing a prospect to close will be highly valuable.

In addition, this position requires knowledge of general sales back office processes including pricing, order entry, billing, credit, etc. It also requires demonstrated ability to respond effectively to multiple conflicting priorities, prioritize projects, and analyze processes and to respond to unexpected changes.
